With more than 20 years of experience, Wilson advises multinational corporations, board committees and external counsel on preparing for, responding to and remediating significant corporate challenges. His areas of expertise include forensic accounting and financial investigations; disputes and litigation support; fraud risk management; anti-bribery and anti-corruption, anti-money laundering and financial crime compliance; ethics and compliance programs; investigative and reputational due diligence; crisis response and remediation; and C-suite advisory services. Throughout his career, he has liaised directly with major international regulatory and law enforcement agencies on high-profile matters, and has worked with highly regulated industries including financial services, energy and infrastructure, technology and life sciences. Wilson is a Certified Fraud Examiner, is certified in corporate investigations by the City of London Police, and received his B.S. in accounting from The Pennsylvania State University.
