Mengert will also join Tegria’s Board of Directors and succeed Brian Cahill, who served as CEO since 2022. Cahill is retiring after a 47-year career and will transition to serve as an independent director on Tegria’s Board, providing strategic guidance and continuity.

Throughout his tenure as CEO, he led the organization to double-digit growth, drove enterprise transformation efforts, and championed the integration of artificial intelligence across all TriZetto platforms.
Earlier this year, Tegria was acquired by Altaris, LLC, a healthcare-dedicated investment firm. The transaction bolstered Tegria’s ability to support healthcare providers and payers as they seek to modernize their technology infrastructure and reduce operating costs.
